Kemade Highflyers Academy has a long history of service to humanity in the area of education.
Sometimes in the early 80s, the proprietor of the School, Sooko Kemade Elugbaju noticed the thirst of students in Ife area for quality teaching that ultimately leads to good grades in examinations and the dire needs to satisfy the urge. He took up the challenge and established the first Tutorial College in Ile-Ife with teaching centre at one of the secondary school premises in Ile-Ife. The centre recorded huge success in terms of studentship and academic output that it became a talk of the state, with students trooping in from every parts of the then Oyo State.
It was the success of this tutorial centre that encouraged him to establish what can be regarded as the first private secondary school in Ile-Ife, the Pathfinder Model College, which later became Pathfinders Group of Schools. Like its forerunner Tutorial centre, the school blazed trail in the state and it became an instant success with students of the college excelling in national examinations.
But due to some unfortunate circumstances, the school was rested by the owners to resolve the issues. This took some years to accomplish. However, the school resurrected in the year 2015 in a big way under a new name KEMADE HIGHFLYERS ACADEMY. This time the school kicked off with a Computer Based Test Centre equipped with the best modern day ICT facilities. The school arm kicked off immediately in grand style offering the best in curriculum at both Junior and Senior Secondary school levels and ICT based subjects that also rank the best in the environment.
The mission of the school is to produce students well groomed in basic education and ICT compliant subjects that will enable them excel in any tertiary institutions they may find themselves in future.
The core value of the school is rooted in quality education and sound moral standing leading to a highly disciplined individuals robed in confidence to face the challenges the future might throw at them.
